More than carnage, pure strokin’ gold was captured too during filming for the Canoe Movie. Canoers really know how to boof and use all that leverage to their advantage. Here’s a nice little clip of Paul Mason throwing a nice wheel on the Watauga, up close and personal. Paul has been canoeing since he was about 1 week old, so he’s probably laid more gold than about anyone else out there. Nice work Paul. Be sure to check out his cartoons at Bubble Street.

While filming for the Canoe Movie we undoubtedly captured some great carnage. We have a series of Daily Diggers which pay homage to these brave and dedicated individuals who risk it every day for your entertainment.
Here’s Jeremy Laucks progressing the sport with some sick down river OC1 freestyle on the ferocious Baby Falls of the Tellico River. Way to push this sport forward Jeremy, no kayaks allowed. See Jeremy styling this move, along with lots of other big wave surfing and general radness in the Canoe Movie!
